  • Fantastisch Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten dort. Und kurzum: Es war fantastisch. Wir hatten durch den Tage zuvor anhaltenden Hurrican Probleme bei der Anreise, da der Flughafen in El Nido gesperrt war. Wir wurden dann in das sechs Stunden mit dem Auto entfernte Port Princessa geflogen. Das Personal im Hotel unternahm alles damit wir sicher und zügig dort ankamen und organisierte uns Leihwagen welche uns direkt ans Terminal gebracht wurden. Das Personal erkundigte sich immer wie weit wir sind und wie es uns geht. Es stand Essen bei der Ankunft im Zimmer und genügend Getränke. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und das Personal war stets freundlich und proaktiv bemüht. Das Essen im Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut. Wir hatten die Pool-Villa gemietet und diese war jeden Cent wert. Wir bedanken uns nochmals herzlichst für diesen tollen Urlaub und das unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Personal.

There was nothing they couldn't do for us during our our stay, which was fortunately (!) prolonged by our inability to leave the island for Manila because of Typhoon Uwan. Typhoon Tino had cleared through El Nido only a day before we arrived! However the resort had worked so hard to keep things running and looking as normal it was hard to believe how recently it had happened! The windows and the door don’t shut completely so you will always find some insects in your room, they provide repellent tho. The view is amazing and overall we enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much

  • An unforgettable and delightful stay in El Nido This may be rated 4* but it’s absolute heaven. Not your standard room we stayed in a gorgeous cottage/hut. This is a small establishment with about 9 accommodations in total. It has a small pool and one bar/restaurant on the waterfront. Note that depending on the tide it’s either right up against you or 50 yards away. Where do I start… the service is amazing, the food/breakfast lovely. We had massages in our cottage at incredible prices. We were given great travel advice and booked our day excursions with ease. The beach immediately outside is beautiful but unswimmable. You’d need to walk 10 mins either way or travel ( 100-150 pesos / 5 mins) to a nice beach. The truly magical beaches however are on the nearby islands or a long drive 30-45mins away. We loved the location but some may like being closer to the actual town which is again a 5 min tricycle ( tuk tuk ) ride away

    Wonderfull private villa with very attentive staff!! We had a great time with our family. The reception staff is exceptional and super responsive. Helpful in any way possible and able to organise tours or transport as very short notice.

The bungalows are like a dream coming true, mixing all the comfort with very detailed furniture and local material. The atmosphere is so romantic, perfect for a couple. You will have your breakfast with one of the most amazing view you’ll see in your life, and all the food is very very good (I’m Italian, I can speak about good food!).The ladies at the reception suggest and helped us to organize all of our tours and movements, and they were so so precious to us!   • Our children are older and this was an excellent place to stay! We got the beach front villa with the private pool and it was like we have moved to the tropics. It was absolutely wonderful living be the ocean for a week. Staff was great. I would return to this exact same cottage and bring friends or family. The house fit 8, and had excellent hot water showers. The beautiful blue ocean was just a few meters from our beautiful blue pool.

    Our children are older and this was an excellent place to stay! We got the beach front villa with the private pool and it was like we have moved to the tropics. It was absolutely wonderful living be the ocean for a week. Staff was great. I would return to this exact same cottage and bring friends or family. The house fit 8, and had excellent hot water showers. The beautiful blue ocean was just a few meters from our beautiful blue pool.

    A magical stay in luxurious surroundings with attentive staff I was lucky enough to stay in Cottage 1, which is located right across from the pool and the sea. This hotel is very well located, outside El Nido and just a 5-minute scooter ride from the town center. The hotel staff are very professional and incredibly friendly. Everything is perfectly organized, and you have the chance to stay in a luxury hotel with only 20 guests, which guarantees extraordinary peace and quiet. I can only recommend this hotel, which, unlike other luxury hotels stuck on islands where you can't go out in the evening, allows you to enjoy El Nido.

This hotel is very well located, outside El Nido and just a 5-minute scooter ride from the town center. The hotel staff are very professional and incredibly friendly. The beach was steps away, didn’t swim in it, but views were gorgeous. The daily breakfast was delicious!! I didn’t swim in the pool, can’t review that. The staff was attentive, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend staying here!

Also the food… best of all the places we visited in El Nido. Lots of variety on the menu and many options for my gluten-free vegetarian wife.

  • My family and I loved every minute of our stay at Buko Beach Resort It is one of the best resorts we have been to in El Nido, hands down. Location is perfect for us since it is far enough from the bustle of El Nido town, but not too far away that a trike ride will leave you bored. The pool villa was as advertised on the website and in photos here on Tripadvisor. Seeing it in person, though, makes you appreciate the entirety of the place -- a beautifully furnished villa with expansive common areas filled with thoughtful touches like insect repellent and filtered water in the bedrooms. Good job to the housekeeping staff for providing us with enough rolls of toilet paper that we never ran out of it throughout our stay. Of course, the food is excellent. A bit on the pricier side but portions are good-sized and the ingredients are fresh (their ceviche is a must-try). Everyone on the restaurant staff, especially Rose, Rollan and Krystel, were very kind and accommodated our requests. Our stay became even more memorable because of them. All in all, no regrets in choosing Buko over the other resorts in El Nido. I am so glad we ended up here and I can't wait to go back again.

    5 star ratingPeaceful retreat Stayed at the Buko Beach Resort for 4 days..there are only 6 cottages and a couple of rooms to stay.. the ambiance was very laid back..just the sound of nature..the cottages were beautiful and the bathrooms were undoor/outdoor...very large..the staff was very friendly, especially Krystal..she always had a smile on her face..beach is not really for swimming..we did enough of that on the island tour..but there is a pool

    Peaceful retreat Stayed at the Buko Beach Resort for 4 days..there are only 6 cottages and a couple of rooms to stay.. the ambiance was very laid back..just the sound of nature..the cottages were beautiful and the bathrooms were undoor/outdoor...very large..the staff was very friendly, especially Krystal..she always had a smile on her face..beach is not really for swimming..we did enough of that on the island tour..but there is a pool

The view from the villa is breathtaking. And the on site restaurant and bar is so good that we ate there probably half of the time. But the staff were really what made the experience outstanding. They were always handy to arrange transportation, set up an in villa massage (highly recommend) or help out in any other way they could. The service really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone passing through El Nido.

    We loved our stay at Buko Beach! Just far enough a way from town to get to experience the tranquility of El Nido but only a quick ride to wherever you wanted to go. The view from the villa is breathtaking. And the on site restaurant and bar is so good that we ate there probably half of the time. But the staff were really what made the experience outstanding. They were always handy to arrange transportation, set up an in villa massage (highly recommend) or help out in any other way they could. The service really went above and beyond. The rooms are amazing, an outdoor shower and bathroom which completely emerses you into nature. The bedroom itself is exactly what you need and want after a beach day. The locations is also great, It’s just about half way between Las Cabanas Beach and El nido town. It’s walking distance along the beach to the ‘Pops District’ which has the most amazing selection of bars and restaurants to watch the sunset at. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helped us with everything we could possibly need. They organised tours, mopeds and transfers to other places. Really good breakfast selection at the property with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Could ask for more.
